Laila and the team could not have been more responsive to us. Everything was arranged efficiently and communication was second to none. The service they supplied was individualised and they went above and beyond. Can not recommend them enough and I have been singing their praise to anyone that will listen. This level of service and professionalism is very rare.

Laila and the whole team at Silverbirch have been incredible since the first time I called the office regarding my flat. As a first-time homeowner and landlord, it was all slightly overwhelming and I had a lot of questions, however, Laila answered all of these with patience, clarity and encouragement. I also live abroad, so it was essential I found a team that I could trust to manage my property. Not only do they keep me in the loop every step of the way, but they only message me in hours they know I will be awake (I am currently 7 hours behind UK time) - this really is going above and beyond! I would highly recommend Laila and the whole Silverbirch Agency!

If you think of renting a flat from them , STAY AWAY ! I have been renting a flat through Silverbirch for the past 10 months, shortly after moving in to the flat, I noticed a lot of mould in the bedroom and a really bad condensation issue in the entire flat. I let them know about it right away but they just replied with useless documents of how to keep the flat in the right temperature and did nothing more. We kept complaining and mentioning it during our time at the flat but they just did nothing to solve it. now, when we moved out, they want to take over 400 Pounds from our deposit !! including charges for damages caused by the mould !! This is just ridiculous , the apartment we lived at used to be an airbnb with people coming and going , and we just lived there for 10 months and they literally blame us for whatever they can to satisfy the landlord and fix stuff out of our deposit. Another ridiculous thing, we talked to Laila from Silverbirch which as far as I know is the manager there, and she has advised us to use a specific carpet cleaning contractor to clean the 2 carpets we had before we moved out, so we did contact him and arranged for him to pick up the apartment keys from Laila, clean the carpets and send us the invoice for it (he guaranteed for price of maximum 80 Pounds). But guess what, it was never done, he never came, and Laila never replied as to why he never came, and now they want to take 144 pounds (!!) out of our deposit to clean the carpets, where prices range from 70-80 Pounds wherever we checked, I can only assume they want to give the landlord a super expensive luxury carpet cleaning service from our money, just absurd and annoying. I can give many more examples such as one where our bathroom wall started to crack so instead of fixing it they asked us not use it, like seriously? Long story short, they might seem nice at the beginning when you want to use their service, but they will care nothing about you once you leave the apartment, and they will only try to satisfy the landlord even if it means taking money out of your deposit to do so. STAY AWAY and save yourself a headache
