        Bluebird care looked after my mother in law extremely well. They provided personal care during her terminal illness and right up until the end - with professionalism, care and tenderness. This was so much appreciated by her family. Thank you Bluebird. I have no hesitation recommending their services :-)

        When my son turned 2 I decided that I needed to go back to work because I was missing my job as a carer. I looked for the best company as I didn't want to go back to work to a stressful environment. Bluebirdcare came up 1st so I filled out a job application and they replied to me straight away in the morning to come for an interview. When I met Juliet the director I felt like I was in the right place. I had 3 days of training before my shadowing and learned so much. Then I've done my shadowing with 3 amazing supervisors who are still 3 years later the best supervisors! Bluebirdcare gave me the opportunity to work around commitments with my son and this is very Important. They made it possible for me to find the right balance between work and family time. There is a lot of benefits working for Bluebirdcare such as Free MOT and health scheme. The office team is always doing everything for us to feel happy at work. I am now a mentor and there are more opportunities that I plan to take advantage off. I love my job and I love working for Bluebirdcare. Our team is excellent and passionate. 3 years ago I took the best decision. I feel fulfilled. I can't recommend this company enough!
