I have used Bournemouth Landrover a couple of times and found the experience to be excellent! Lorna, Tony and Stephanie are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They demonstrate how to run a professional, efficient and welcoming business. They obviously have a good team in the workshop too! My Evoque is still under warranty, so will need to go back to the main dealer for items that covers but otherwise I will definitely be going back to Bournemouth Landrover for any other work. I recently came into possession of a Range Rover Sport and to say the previous owner didn't take much care of it would probably be an understatement. The car was in restricted performance mode, to steer was like an upper body workout and the warning lights cluster was more similar to that of Blackpool illuminations. To make things worse on the morning of the day I took the vehicle to BLR to be diagnosed the electronic handbrake stuck on. I was googling all of the symptoms and could only cringe at some of the repair bills and horror stories I read online. I almost managed to convince myself that the cost of the repairs would be so high I'd be better off selling or scrapping the car. How wrong was I! BLR were great from starting to finish. Keeping me updated on every fault and the costs involved throughout. Two inlet manifolds, one electronic handbrake and a steering joint later the car is now running absolutely perfectly. A result I almost thought wouldn't be achieveable. More importantly, for a price lower than I had expected. I wouldn't even like to imagine the cost a main dealer would've charged. If I ever need any more work doing on my Range Rover I wouldn't go anywhere other than BLR. That's if they're not sick of the sight of my problem car already!
