Life Matters worked with us to simplify the very wide range of investments that we had acquired over the years and to ensure that what we moved forward with was something that offered more security for our long term needs, is regularly updated and has a lot of flexibilty built in. Emily has been our financial adviser now for some years. She gives sound advice and keeps in touch on a regular basis to review how things are going and what might have changed. It is lifetime planning. She is not there to sell a product and then disappear. She takes the time to get to know you and what is important to you. She helps you to reflect and plan and try to achieve your goals. She has a very good way of helping you to see things differently prioritising what is important to you. She explains her advice in a language you understand and has various tools at her disposal including visual plans which can be changed to show you how everything would work out with certain changes. That gives you confidence and you have access to all of this if you need to check anything at any time.
