We had our home on sale with another estate agent for 13 weeks, we never had one viewing from them. Changed to Link homes and what a difference. Jack was constantly in contact with us, making sure we were happy and asking if there was anything else they could do to help. In our first week we had one viewing, which wowed us because of our other experience. Then there was a steady stream of viewings until we found a buyer. Everything went smoothly from accepting the offer through to completion. Jack and Lloyd did everything we wanted from our house sale and we could not recommend them enough. Its been an absolute pleasure working with Jack who has been very kind in following up on every steps towards buying our first home. He is very friendly and honest about every step. He even shared me with an excellent local solicitor who made my buying process even better and quicker. Jack made my first time buying experience so easy with daily updates and quick responses.
