This is an updated review to the one below because one year later we returned to Danni to exchange our SUV for a new Mini Countryman. Danni was brilliant again and found a brand new really high spec Countryman Exclusive at a good price. Danni made the whole process very easy (again) and we are so pleased with our new car. We now have two minis, which probably speaks volumes in itself- and we were so pleased that Danni was still at Marshall Mini. Buying a new car can be very stressful, but Danni made the whole process very easy and extremely smooth .. again. Thank you so much Danni. Brilliant again! Danni Cotterill is a total gem and Marshall Mini are lucky to have her. From choosing our new mini to the part exchange of our old mini, Danni was superb. Not at all pushy, but extremely pleasant and professional at all times. We were kept up to date with the delivery date and at the handover today she was as pleasant and professional as when we first met her. We are so pleased with our new Mini and Danni made the whole process so easy. Thank you Danni - couldn't ask for more.

The parts department is shocking - they do not answer their phone nor return emails. I eventually took a chance and drove to the parts department to get what I needed. Staff up up this department. I have owned 3 Minis in 10 years and this level of service and frustration is enough to make me look at another brand. I have subsequently received a call from the Parts Manager, Bernard who has apologized for the level of service, explained the centralisation that is in the pipeline and personally offered to assist with any further requests.
