Lost count of how many times I have tried to call and not gotten through to anyone whatsoever. Went to another non=BMW specialist service centre who said that Marshall are impossible to get hold of too... Not a good look!

Worst dealership in the area. You cannot get through to them over the phone the staff turnover is unreal and the worst part about it is if you book online it gives you a price but when you collect they car they tell you it's 200 more then what the web booking tells you. To top it off they add on a screen wash top up for 5 without asking and do not bother putting the service on the car when you do pay.

Absolutely appalling service, I booked my car in for a recall weeks ago and two hours before I was due to drop it off I had a voicemail from Mini to advise that they were over booked and couldnt take it. I was asked to rebook thats a laugh in its self as cannot get through to them absolutely diabolical customer service!!!

You can never get through on the phone. Ring the Service number,wait for ages the n someone answers and says theyll put you through to the service department, wait ages again and you re asked if you want to leave a message. Do that and no one will ring you back. This has happened to me more than once. Lots of eager people wanting to help when youre buying a car but aftercare is hard to organise.
