Found an A250e (hybrid) AMG Line hatchback in Digital White that we wanted at a bit better price than we could get it with an online lease company. And it was in stock so we had it in less than 3 weeks instead of waiting 4 months as with the online order. Initially rang Sandown Dorchester who put in touch with Mark in Guildford, who dealt with Sandowns contract hire accounts. Mark & Callie were faultless in dealing with the delivery of my car. Thanks Sandown, will definitely be using you again in 3 years.

I bought a second hand Mercedes A Class vehicle from Sandown (Dorchester) on approx. 12th December 2021. When we bought the car it only had one key, and we were promised that the dealer would have a new key for us when we came to collect the vehicle after purchase. This did not happen. We received our key after many excuses and lies on March 5th ! We also took the vehicle in to have the key coded to the vehicle, and whilst there the engineers did an engine software update. Since then the navigation system has stopped working. After a small amount of damage caused during the recent storms we also requested a quote for repair work on Saturday March 5th. Their employee took a picture and said we would get a quote on the following Monday 8th. We still await our quote 1 week later. I can only say that in the few weeks we have owned this car, the car itself has been great, the same cannot be said of Sandown Group. I strongly urge anyone thinking of buying a Mercedes vehicle to steer well clear of this company and purchase their car from another dealer. Dealing with them is as painful as having your eyes gouged out with a wooden spoon. If I could give them no stars I would, they dont deserve any.
