        I recently had a sports massage and assessment for a shoulder injury. Cheryl offered a thorough assessment and treatment. My shoulder felt like there had been an improvement after one session. We planned a course of treatments to treat the injury. I was given exercises and stretched . Would thoroughly recommend. Lovely setting, very knowledgable and professional.

        I absolutely love going to reset mind and massage for my massage. Cheryl is very professional, and always makes me feel very relaxed. The space is wonderfully calm and peaceful. The massage is extremely relaxing and restorative. I always feel incredible after my treatment. I can highly recommend!!!!
