Amplify Outdoor

I could not recommend this company less. By the end, it didn't feel like I was communicating with a legitimate company. I booked a billboard to go up on January 14. All was fine. I had no complaints. However, by the end of the work day on January 14, I had not heard from Matt/Amplify Outdoor. I emailed him. He responded, "apologetically", that the campaign had been pushed to a later date. This was the first I'd heard about it. No reaching out to me. Nothing. No asking if this worked for me/my campaign. Absolutely zero concern for what this would do for my business. I questioned why this had happened. I asked why I hadn't been contacted. I asked if a new date could be confirmed immediately. Rather than answering these questions, Matt cancelled my campaign, at the end of the day it was supposed to launch and not telling me that it wouldn't run, claiming that me asking questions was "aggressive". I asked for a refund to be confirmed within the next hour. It was eventually confirmed, but on Matt's time, not mine, and he ignored my emails asking him to confirm he had transferred a full refund. Spend your money, literally, anywhere else.

We booked several billboards for a show that we were running at the BIC, the locations were perfect and the costs were very affordable for our local business. Matt explained the whole process from beginning to end and it was so easy. Due to the billboards we saw a 57% increase in ticket sales from the previous year.

Matt was amazing from start to finish as well as always being very polite and professional. We were really thrilled with the how the board looked and would highly consider using them again.

Weymouth Pavilion started working with Matt from Showcase with our 48 sheets last year for a number of productions. They are incredibly helpful with sites in great locations, very easy to book and great value for money. Will always recommend them and look forward to continuing our work with Showcase Outdoor in 2018
