I booked a Yamaha outboard service with Saltwater Solutions having found them on an internet search. Over the phone, the Receptionist could not have been more helpful. I was soon helped with the delivery of the engine direct to the premises. The problems, detail, expectations and work-scope were discussed with Luke, who was able to offer an initial good diagnosis and tight specification for completion. There was no suggestion of carrying out any unnecessary works. I was amazed and delighted to have a call back within 24 hours with the work completed and invoice settled. I would like to thank everyone at Saltwater solutions for their outstanding service in fixing up my Yamaha outboard, especially after another local agent had failed to do so.
