Extremely happy with the service from start to finish. The quotation was easy to obtain and explained in great detail, the guy's who came over to install were very professional and kept things very tidy for such a big job replacing our whole staircase! Would highly recommend anyone considering using this company!

I had already got quotations from other manufacturers. All of them said rip out the existing stairs and we will manufacture and install a new stairs. Stairway Joinery saw my existing stairs and said they could keep the main body and newel post. They then clad in oak, put in new rails and glass with stainless steel fittings, plus a matching handrail. Thier attention to detail was amazing. Everyone who has seen them has said fantastic job! Happy to recommend them.

Brilliant Company. Stairway Joinery originally drew up plans in 2015 as we were having a loft extension. The builder we were using said he could make and install the staircase in the overall loft conversion price so we went with him. What a total disaster, it was appalling. Stairway Joinery came back in, drew up another plan with the space they had to work with. On removing the builder's staircase the extent of the builders incompetence/cowboy job became apparent and it has taken three years to put right the damage he caused. Meanwhile SJ stored the new staircase (which we had not paid for) and when we were ready for it rather than just delivery it, they checked it over to make sure it was still okay. From start to finish this company has been amazing.

I have used Stairway Joinery twice now and was extremely pleased with the service and quality of the stairs of the workmanship of the fitting team and can highly recommend them to anybody needing this type of joinery work!
