Great management structure and a fantastic HR Team, supporting staff with opportunities to grow and develop from within the company. Five stars!

        Have been with BOFA for over 3 years and can't complain at the company. If you are willing to put the work and effort in you will get noticed. Have had continuous growth within the company starting in production and now in the office. Upper management always looking to support and so far couldn't fault my time here.

        Worked there for a few years. Factory operatives treated like slaves. The company favourites can do as they wish. Management including H.R victimise certain employees. Poor company to work for.
