I have been consistently pleased with Osprey products for some years. Rucksacks are well designed for optimum comfort and practical in use. Recently needed to return an unsuitable item which I paid the return for but which then was lost by the courier company (Evri). Frustratingly I was unable to make contact and claim compensation from Evri and asked Osprey to assist. Kieran from customer services (who had been wonderfully pleasant throughout the purchasing process) was again responsive and incredibly helpful. Osprey very generously and to my utmost relief refunded me the cost of the lost item!! They did not have to do this and I was blown away by their service. Thank you Osprey and I recommend all to shop here!

When the backpack was there, there was nothing to complain about in terms of quality! I'm super happy and I'm looking forward to seeing him in action soon! A clear recommendation from me! I contacted Osprey Europe because I'd put the incorrect address on my order :( they responded within just a few hours and amended the order for me before it was dispatched! They were responsive and very helpful :)
