Google maps and their website state 24 hours. It's not, it was closed by 5pm and there is no automated key cutting machine.

I took my watch in for a new battery under Timpsons lifetime guarantee and left it with the staff member for 15 minutes. On my return he went to adjust the time on it and the crown, winder, came off in his hand. He then blamed me for it, saying that it must have been broken already, it wasn't. He tried to repair it with superglue and, unsurprisingly, it didn't work. He refused to get it repaired free of charge and kept telling me that he wasn't a liar and wasn't responsible for breaking it, even though it came off in his hands. He became very objectionable so I took the watch and left. Fortunately, Timpsons head office were more customer orientated and very quickly arranged for me to take it to their branch at Sainsbury's in Poole to be repaired free of charge. The staff there were excellent and I now have the watch back and working with a 1 year guarantee. I wil avoid the Timpson's branch at the Dolphin Centre in Poole in the future.
