        Trying to get a VAT invoice is like pulling teeth, Invoice not in the box as promised, 2 emails & phone calls to get a duplicate invoice ignored. I will not use again

They are the first company I call for technical advice and to check that I'm ordering the correct item. I am very happy with their service and highly recommend them.

        I was trying to find an Osram Ceram E27 lamp for my Flos Luxmaster light and this company had the compatible bulbs at good prices. Paid for next day shipping and it did turn up on time with Royal Mail 24 tracked. Only comment is that they should send out a shipping confirmation email so I know it's left - a process which is pretty normal these days for any serious online store.
