Most abysmal Solicitors I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. I found them to be very rude. They had atrocious time management skills. Their communication is among the very worst I have ever seen, with multiple members of staff commenting and filling in for other people leading to extremely confusing email exchanges. They have made a relatively simple matter extremely over-complicated and have cost people their time and money. I urge you to avoid this firm. They would have difficulty soliciting their way out of a paper bag.

Bruce Lance dealt with my son's PI case. The process was explained clearly to us and we were kept informed throughout. Questions and answers were turned around swiftly and the case was dealt with out of Court to everyone's satisfaction. These things do take time but felt taking into consideration the complication of the case and the fact that it initially involved an uninsured driver, there were no hold ups from our side. Would definitely recommend.

Not good at all. I first submitted a compensation case back in 2009 and it wasn't until November 2016 that it finally got to court. My solicitor was slow and plodding throughout the entire process; not getting in touch very often and despite having witness names, numbers and addresses, took far too long to get statements from each of them. When we finally got to court after seven years, the barrister I was appointed sounded like he learned his speech from a 'Soliciting for Dummies' guide book. After inevitably losing the case, I was sent a letter telling me that I may be held liable for all court costs despite it being a 'No Win-No Fee' case. Avoid this firm unless you wish to be very slowly strung along to the finish line only to be dragged back to the start again.
