We recently purchased our new home and sold our previous home through Coles Miller and we honestly couldnt have asked for a better solicitor. Laura Hall was extremely responsive, especially when we were under pressure for a quick exchange and completion. She was also very patient and answered the many questions we threw at her with ease. The estate agents involved were also extremely impressed with the service we received and when it came to completing our purchase they said it was the fastest and most straight forward sale theyd ever seen, wishing that all solicitor processes could be as straightforward and painless. We cant thank Laura enough!

They have been absolutely useless, medical negligence, got the whole concept wrong. Kept going on about something else and not the issue. I have since found out 2 other people were having same issues and with same solicitor who is the head solicitor in the department. He told my bosses daughter she doesnt have a case, she went for a second opinion, he was wrong, she won out of court settlement 6figures, she nearly didnt both. A financial broker when about a block vein in neck that was missed. this solicitor kept going on about his pituitary gland which was operated many years previously nothing to do with the neck. Thirdly a friend had an accident with a bus he told us who he was using told him to change to late again useless. Wouldnt trust them until they get their act together

Thank you for your assistance. Great communication maintained throughout and nothing was too much trouble. Everything had been prepared and explained to me in detail. I have no problem in recommending Coles Miller to friends or family.
