Paid a lot of money a few years ago for some grass, which was never fitted properly. Had huge long nails sticking out the grass which is not good when you have kids. Had to call them back out to sort this issue...took several phone calls. A few months later it took another few weeks of phone calls to get them to come out again as parts of the grass had sunk into divets where they had not prepared the ground sufficiently. The grass says it come with a 10 year guarantee. Every year we have been pulling out weeds from the grass several times a week, and the grass has sunk again in places. So we phoned them again....every time someone says they will phone you back but they dont. 3 weeks after calling 4/5 times a week we were told someone would call to take a look...no surprise to learn that no one showed up! After another phone call we got an email response telling us to pay for a deep clean! Terrible company

So jason came out quoted for the job and we accepted this. He asked for some dates so we gave them to him over 5 weeks later countless emails, phone calls and messages we get a very unprofessional answer. I understand there was a family issues but I'm sure someone else could of picked up on the messages. Don't quote for a job you can't do, as now I have to go back to companies I said no to.
