Having taken out a buildings and contents policy in March I have found the level of service truly appalling. A fault with the central heating should be covered as an emergency home repair. Unfortunately after spending over an hour on hold on the claim line (at 45p/min) it became painfully clear that they have no intention of receiving or dealing with any claim. I will be looking to pursue a complaint via the Financial Ombudsman Service.

After 18 months of putting my family through hell, we have only just been told that they wont complete structural repairs. 4 months of my property being flooded and theyve put down my patio and wall moving to becoming unsafe down to being wear and tear and not the thousands of gallons of water that were breaching underneath my property. 18 months of my children and dogs not being able to use their own garden to being dismissed by a we wont be taking your claim any further
