        Not quite sure why a housing development has a review, but it does. Giving it a 3 star as I wouldn't say there is anything unique about it. Part of new build wave.

        This is a nice neighborhood consisting of middle class mixed background dwellers. The place is kept tidy and there are not many nuances around. Well located closed to Ad Astra, CHIS and CHJS schools (whithin walking distance). The houses were built by Bellway and are very cheap in quality and expensive. Too many different contractors, some of them a bunch of cowboys... Life in the neighborhood is ok, very quiet, ok-ish people, however, you can't count on your neighbors that much. There is a lot of hipocrisy out and about people only come together as a "community" on October the 31st year on year (witches out), BUT, there are a few exemptions of proper, loving, caring, nice, simpathetic human beings around, apart from this small group don't bother knocking on your neighbors doors for anything. A good piece of advice if buying a property here, don't get a mid-terraced house if you can avoid it.
