        I have had a rat problem and I noticedfied aster. It has been 5 weeks and no response. I had to fix it myself witch cost me 100. Aster are absolutely useless but they sent me a letter telling me about my rent increase with no problem. Aster is an absoluse discrase .

        Could you not block my driveway for 2-3 hours? I understand unloading 5 minutes, but it is too much. Besides I am not even your client. Your employees don't care

        Only aster would put a letter through your door saying they can't gain access then walk off , the whole time being watched by the whole household then ignore my calling him the whole.way back to his van and still drive off . Not like we have been waiting for him since 8am .... Absolutely disgusting
