Another great stay at travelodge, rooms clean and nice size, we had a family room, very dog friendly, in a great location. Nearby activities: Close to town center and free parking

The staff are friendly and very helpful. As we arrived early Sylvia instructed the late shift to give us three bedrooms next to each other as one of our party needed an accessibility room. Georgina made sure we were happy with the allocated rooms and was very understanding when the guest in the accessibility room activated the emergency alarm in error. We would happily stay at this branch again and recommend it to anyone staying in Poole.

Room was very basic, no aircon and was too hot at night. If I left the window open it was noisy. Went down for breakfast at 9 and it was already dried out. Good location for town centre. Walkability: Good location for town centre.

Me and my fiance booked to go to this hotel in January we booked for the 24th of April 2023 when we got to the hotel they told us we had not booked an accessible room when we did and we had the booking email to confirm this. They looked on the computer and told us our room was not ready we where told to wait and 2 hours later they come over to us and told us all of the accessible rooms were not in use and being refurbished. We had no phone calls when we booked and paid to tell us that they where being refurbished and that they weren't available. They moved us to another hotel that only had a bath not an accessible shower.
