Agincare are by far the worst care company. They can't provide basic personal hygiene for my mum. They have never once stayed a full hour in the four months they've been providing her "care". One member of staff continuously swore in front of my 9 year old daughter. Every week most of mums food gets thrown away because they tell her "there's no ham" or "there's no lamb chops" in the fridge. When it's all there, they just can't be bothered to look past the end of there nose. These examples are just a tip of the iceberg, I could go on forever about the extremely poor service this company is providing within our community. They should be closed down with immediate effect. I do not think taking your dogs to work with you, or offering an 82 year out of bed and into her chair at 5.30am is acceptable. I'm absolutely disgusted and they should be shamefully embarrassed of themselves!
