We have used this company now for a few months. They have proved to be remarkably efficient, helpful and well organised. They work together with our family, the District Nurses and other Healthcare professionals, and the Warden of the flat to provide a one to one service which has given us the peace of mind to know Mum is safe and well looked after in her own home. I explored a few services before settling on this one and so far have not been disappointed. Of course there are minor setbacks, with severe memory impairment that is to be expected but the carers have a good attitude and in the main situations which, in naivety I though would be an issue, arent. This is down to Vanessa and her team, all of whom have been excellent, with a special mention for Mary who I believe goes above and beyond at times. Mum is happy and enjoys a great deal of banter with them all, her antics cause them more than a few laughs. Absolutely crucial after a year of a broken hip, hospitalisation for 3 months, a bout of COVID 19, isolation, lockdowns, masks and increasing memory loss. Surprisingly, after living independently for 93 years she has taken to them without even the slightest resistance. Seems she likes the attention after all! I look forward to meeting the team in person, the 100 mile distance and restrictions on travel has meant that the service they give has been invaluable. My family locally have done more than their fair share of caring/ shopping/ bubble visits and much much more, but Anna Care has fitted in perfectly, performing the tasks that quite simply would be impossible for us on a daily basis. They deserve a massive thank you from me (and Mum!) .
