Redeveloping our property required changing just about everything. For us it was very important that we found a contractor who we felt we could trust and who kept us well informed. William Bowley competed against two large local contractors for the extensive refurbishment of our 70s town house by the beach. We were immediately impressed by their enthusiasm and understanding of our vision for the property. Running this project remotely, it was important to us to have builders we could trust and who would be collaborative on creative decisions as the build progressed. We were thankful to be able to tap into Nicks knowledge of local trades for sourcing everything from flooring and kitchens to introducing us to Justin who built our amazing watersports room.
