We feel very let down with the lack of communication and non existant aftercare.
Any snags or issues with the property get passed to the customer service team and all communication has to be made via email as they don't answer the telephone. Email replies are very unprofessional.
Reported issues with our garage over a year ago and despite the property still being under warranty it has taken for me to submit a formal complaint just to arrnage for the construction director to attend.
The site manager is condescending, bullyish and everything is the customers fault.
Zero compassion, empathy or understanding.
We wish we had never brought our home through Morrish Homes and feel very upset and disappointed having spent our savings on our first family home only to be let down by a company who just don't care about their customers or reputation once the money is in their bank :(
