Got my hair coloured here, was quite nervous as at different salons has not gone well however from the initial consultation to the actual hair appointment they put me at ease, explaining stuff and just being so helpful. Had my hair coloured today by Cleo . She was absolutely amazing ! The communication skills she carried showed throughout the whole appointment and she really went the extra step to ensure I was comfortable the whole time . I had quite difficult hair and a bad hair history which she really understood . I felt she really wanted to get me to the colour I was after , and communicated with me throughout the appointment , to ensure were on the same page and I am up to date with every move . After having my hair done a week and a half ago, it didnt quite go to plan but they were all amazing. Got me back ASAP to correct it all at their expense. Giving me a mask to use in the future to help with the colour and a blow dry next week to check Im 100% happy. They were all so kind and helpful, mistakes can happen but cannot fault the customer service!! Thank you :) Service: Hair coloring

I took my daughter to have her very first haircut. She was a little bit apprehensive, Jo was amazing with her, really patient and absolutely lovely. The haircut was beautiful. Jo saved a curl for me and it was presented in a lovely keepsake box. I will definitely be back and absolutely recommend. The salon was beautifully clean and tidy and all the staff great. A friendly hair salon. Really pleased with the service and standard of cutting. I book with the academy which is less expensive. I now have Jo who is fabulous. Thoroughly recommend. I now use a stylist as I got too many varied hairstyles. Great service and wheelchair access in Hill Street. Their green credentials are appalling though. They use paper towels and single use stirrers for the refreshments.
