Updated!!! Have since been in contact with the salon and they have been very helpful at resolving our issue and were very apologetic. I recently had my childs hair cut here as a walk in on the off chance, the salon is nice and everyone was lovely, however I am slightly disappointed as the cut is a lot shorter than I wanted and also as the week has gone on I have noticed that it isnt straight, while I appreciate my child wasnt the greatest at keeping still, looking back I do feel the stylist maybe wasn't as experienced with cutting childrens hair, I now need to leave her hair to grow ( which thankfully it will) , before I can even get it sorted. I must stress she did have very long hair so it is a bit of an adjustment to get used too.

Carmen did my hair & did a great job of my fine curly hair. I've had so many bad experiences of hairdressers that don't know how to cut & shape curly hair & subsequently have become quite nervous of hairdressers! I hadn't had my hair cut or coloured in a very long time & I would definitely go back. Thanks Carmen!
