        Called they said to just walk in then attended and they turned around and said appointment only this is bad customer service

        Took my sons in, he rushed the cuts, didn't do what was asked and both boys hair cuts looks horrible, to the point my 12 year old was in tears. He just shaved up one whole side of his head, cause we asked for a side parting with a line will NEVER go back. Was such a shame cause he use to be really good the first few years we used him.
