Just had my builder in a bottle /gel nails (BIAB) done and theyve all chipped horribly in the space of two days-Ive done nothing strenuous or had any chemicals/creams on them that could possibly result in this: so its really disappointing for the quality of products/service and money spent. Ive never had this happen before with shellac, or even normal cheap polish or acrylics etc so I dont no whats wrong with their gels. Also the appointment is listed as 45 mins but I expect they need longer as I felt the last two coats were rushed and someone else came in and was visibly annoyed waiting for me to be finished which creates an awkward atmosphere; perhaps the rushing meant the gel didnt set properly? They had a Nice colour variety and Lucy seems to have good equipment/attitude and knowledge however the product/service hasnt lasted at all so Im now 25 downwith nothing to show for it, which isnt fair-I just hope they keep this in mind and it can be improved for next time :)
