    I've been a part of the LYFN group since August, and most recently part of the October 28 day nutrition programme. After being a member of the gym and hardly ever going Ross was recommend by a friend. In the past 4 months Ive quit the gym, found a new love for exercise and started a new routine that sees me working out more than I did before. All within a supportive community on hand to answer any questions. The nutrition programme taught me about my own level of determination and perseverance with the challenge. Ross has taught me a lot about nutrition compared to what I knew before including carb cycling, how different types of foods can impact on each person differently. In turn feeling so much healthier and better about myself. Would definitely reccomend giving it a try to anyone.

    I cannot recommend Live Young Fitness and Nutrition highly enough. Ross and the team really care about each individual and their health and fitness goals. They can find a solution to meet your needs, whether you prefer one to one training, group training or a combination. They also support with understanding the nutritional aspect and how to be heathy. We have different reasons for seeking a healthier lifestyle and with Live Young Fitness and Nutrition you will be covered!

    After 4 weeks on the exercise and nutrition program with Ross I am feeling fitter and lighter. Ross is always helpful with any questions and very knowledgeable on his subject. The classes are enjoyable and the other ladies really welcoming. I find all the sessions to be supportive and non-judgemental about how fit; slim or able you are, and as a result I will be continuing my membership and path to better fitness and wellness will be ongoing under his supervision.     Fantastic program. Ross is a great personal trainer, highly knowledgeable about food, fitness and health. I have lost over half a stone in just four weeks since meeting him and following his program, and it was an enjoyable experience following the healthy eating plan and lifting weights under his supervision. Would definitely recommend.
