    I attend this gym for PT sessions with Phil. Its a great gym, with lots of equipment. Lee and Phil are always really friendly, encouraging and helpful. I definitely recommend this gym.

    South Coast fitness is more than a gym. Its a community, its accountability. Ive done one-to-one personal training and in a member of David Lloyd and this has been a revelation - the combination of training in a group with plenty of support and advice to prevent injury plus that team spirit - its the secret sauce. In just a couple of months, Im noticing a change in my strength, my mobility and its changing my relationship to movement + excercise. Ive just been ill for a fortnight and I came back to my 3 sessions a week quicker than I wouldve done if I was doing it under my own steam. I also love the unlimited sessions included in the fixed monthly price. Theres no way I could do personal training that often otherwise. Most importantly, youre encouraged to just get in and have a go. You dont have to be superfit to start and the group sessions are really fun, friendly and supportive:) if youre tired of starting over - over and over again, and you want to feel strong, vital, and more motivated + change your relationship to exercise and your physical body.. This is for you.
