180 gym is a great place; all coaches are very knowledgeable and professional. Workout groups are small, you get personalized advice, and no one feels left out. I signed up for six weeks challenge over Christmas, and I had great workouts, saw results, and met friendly people. I highly recommend this place for those who want to regain energy and motivation to get on track for a healthy lifestyle.

I joined the 6 week transformation programme and loved every part of the journey. The coaches are friendly, professional, and no matter what shape you are in when you start you will come out being sore but smiling waiting to go back for your next session. The family friendly environment means none of the usual gym guys and girls hanging around on phones hogging equipment and the group sessions where you encouraged each other really make the difference. I would definitely recommend 180 Strength for anyone looking to get themselves back into shape

Great gym and classes with brand new equipment throughout. The small class sizes make every session feel like a PT session.
