It has no TV in the room but is literally a 30 second walk onto the Quay so for the very reasonable price you pay it's a great place to stay.
Mark our host couldn't be any more helpful and went out of his way to make us feel welcome.
With his local knowledge we got parking just a few minutes walk from his guest house for 5 days and it only cost us 15 .
The hop on hop off open top bus service to Sandbanks is only 4.30 per person for a day ride ticket, and there's a host of harbour cruises to go on from the Quay.
Well placed for a great week I think.

Position was great - you're just off the harbour side. Loved it.
Mark couldn't do enough for us:
* bike (push bikes) storage
* directions to Poole bike trails
* parking
* directions to brekkie (Fisherman's Cafe also worth a visit for a good-as-it-gets bacon buttie on white).
Spacious en suite. Lots of towels.
So clean you could smell it. Love it.
Tea and coffee making facilities too.
