Rupert led the funeral yesterday for my elderly mothers best friend and he was exceptional. In our difficult circumstances he was attentive, sensitive, compassionate and with his team could not of done any more to make the day go so smoothly. I highly recommend this company as they all have been so supportive and helpful right from the beginning and a heartfelt thank you to Rupert for being so very kind.

Jon at Lesley Shand was absolutely brilliant in organising my Grandmothers funeral recently. Jon went above and beyond during this difficult time for the family and couldn't have been more helpful and sympathetic. The day couldn't have gone any better and Jon put together a beautiful service i know she would have been proud of - so thank you Jon.

Just had a funeral for my stepfather, Terry, with Lesley Shand and cant thank them enough for everything they have done for us. Felt so supported at this difficult time by Jon and the team and nothing was too much trouble for them. The service was beautiful and we will be forever grateful. Thank you so much The Hand Family X
