        Having never arranged a funeral before I felt out of my depth. Derek soon put me at ease and guided me through the whole process in a very calm and practical way. He ensured my father got the funeral he wanted, and Derek was always on-hand to answer questions. I cannot praise this family business highly enough - a truly professional and personal service.
