        When they say it's all about service THEY MEAN IT! We recently ordered several parts for the sail drive from Sillette, who without fail, sent us everything we needed with expert advice on additional spare parts that we might want as well. Three months later one of those parts, a $300+ Yoke for the lowering and raising of the engine snapped in two for no apparent reason. I contacted the company and within five days had shipped out a new part FREE OF CHARGE with a hefty plane ticket to the states and NO QUESTIONS ASKED. Thanks Sillette for the fantastic service as you have retained a customer and we hope to do much more business with you throughout the months and years. WE WILL BE BACK! Highly recommend these guys.
