Gate Motors were very helpful with the process of making our gate fob work. They answered the phone promptly and took the time to send a link to a video as well as offering good advice over the phone.

Tremendously helpful and easy to deal with business - and great products too. Never had to set up a remote controlled gate before and so my learning curve was v v steep, and I had a lot of questions - the team at Gate Motors could not have been more patient, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They persevered until the gate was working perfectly. I guess that a lot of companies sell gate equipment but can't believe that anyone could be more helpful and customer focussed than this! Highly recommended!

I have not yet carried out the installation of my purchased climate control unit in my conservatory but will be happy to report my opinions as soon as this is done. In the meanwhile, I thank you for your efficient service and good communication. Update(13/1023) Very pleased with my Vent series 100 climate control unit now installed, does everything it promised! I had one problem- the rain sensor initially would not work despite confirming that there was definitely a live terminal on the control unit for the red connecting wire to the sensor, but no red light on the panel confirming power through the rain sensor circuit. Eventually I found the fault was in the sensor unit- I prised open the lid of the pre-wired rain sensor unit and found that the multi-core cable plug inside was not inserted into the socket! Obviously, it had never been properly inserted at the manufacturing assembly/testing stage, and dropped out in transit.As there was no indication in the instructions to take apart the rain sensor and fit/check this connection when installing, I offer my solution for this probably rare fault !
