Both times we have used Gavin he has responded promptly and has arrived at the given time. He is pleasant and professional. His advice is always perfect in response to our issues and the jobs are carried out neatly and with in a short time frame. Also installed wired networking infrastructure on several sites for us. Gavin's team are professional and friendly. I have awarded a range of large projects, across multiple sites, to his company which have all been completed to the highest standard, on time and at the quoted cost. Our projects were all mixed electrical and networking installs. I required that work in lofts must be well organised and routed to minimise possible issues to access and safety of staff or future workers, he made a point of taking me up into the roof spaces to see the standard of the work on job completion. It was very nicely done and extremely well organised. Looking through the reviews here I am surprised by the one star review. In my experience Gavin is very responsive and customer focussed - if there was a problem he would definitely engage in discussion to determine what might have happened. It just doesn't sound like his team at all. In my experience it can be hard to find people who turn up when they say they are going to, ensure they understand the job, do the job, and can generate good relationships with the teams at our locations. Gavin does all of this and I do not hesitate to put work in his direction. Well done Gavin and the team.
