Ben and Luke, his apprentice, were very professional throughout the installation of Solar Panel and battery installation. The preparatory work was undertaken thoroughly and all the stages were explained. I used BB electrical to install a Solar Pv and battery storage system. I will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend their services to anybody.They helped me set up the system after they had installed it and helped me to fully understand how to use my system, taking time out of there day to give the best customer service. They was on time, polite, tidy and easy to contact for when I had a query. They advised me on the most efficient way of using my renewable energy system to help keep my energy prices down. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! We wanted our new air conditioning to be connected. Ben worked for 3 days, had not completed the work and then sent us an extortionate bill which was unclear and not itemised. He refused to complete the work until we paid this, as he claimed to have purchased materials and needed this cost to be covered. We reluctantly paid and now Ben has called in sick and not answered any calls. We have been left ripped off and with no air-conditioning. On top of this, when on site he parked on the pavement resulting in him receiving a parking fine which he expected us to pay! Unprofessional and untrustworthy.

Ben is everything you would hope for when you have a issue with your electrics. He arrived the same day to diagnose the issues and then booked us in the next day to resolve. He moved some other work around as our issue was semi urgent. He arrived on time, friendly, courteous, efficient and honoured his original quote. I would recommend him to anyone and will certainly use him again.
