Pathetic, the system is overly complicated, no clear instruction, couldnt make it work but was charged twice for nothing. Customer service is ludicrous, improperly trained agents, unable to communicate clearly, asked to make yet another payment at your own risk. Refused to refund the money charged for an undelivered service. This company is a rip off!

Impossible to get it to work, Shocking to not be able to get anything on the phone line, and spent 30mins trying to create an account for nothing. Ridiculous

Try using them its impossible, Pcb council should be embarrassed by their lack of working charge points, I challenge you to turn up and actually manage to complete a charge, if its not the cables being to short or the phone lines never being answered its the app that does not connect

Yep. The other review is right. Charger net, most of the 6 chargers in the area don't work. They're owned by BP Chargemaster who tell you on the phone (once you get through) how special you are and how hard they're working for you. It's gaslighting. They don't mean it if these chargers are anything to go by.
