We used Express Laundry for our multiple Airbnb holiday lets. David was very responsive in initial enquiries & service seemed to be good in the low season (April/May). We started encountering issues where our linen never arrived, we would call & then be told theyre on their way (it never arrived) & after multiple calls/emails, they would be able to deliver delayed. Now were in peak season, they evidently cant keep up with the agreement of deliveries twice a week & simply will not communicate when theyre having an issue leaving us high and dry. This has started happening every week now & we have offered to collect if they could simply let us know. Evidently 2 minutes worth of communication is too much hassle for them so David has terminated our contract on 1 business days notice in the peak season. I collected our linens as I was dubious they would ever return them to us & the industrial estate looks like a mess so Im not surprised theyre struggling. Accounting is also a shambles, invoices are messy & we were accused of not settling 2 months worth of invoices when everything has been settled within days of being invoiced. Overall, if your business is dependent on reliability & communication then this isnt the service for you. If youre ok with sporadic service & hoping for the best then crack on!

After many years of happily using Express laundry for linen hire for my wedding company I now find myself unable to get any response from them. After several calls (one which was answered and promised an email reply) and several unanswered emails regarding ordering linen for my couples weddings I'm left frustrated and struggling to find a suitable alternative. I hate to leave a less than positive review but have seen that they do at least reply to reviews. If my bookings are too small for your company now would respect the honest of this over silence.

When I used them previously they were brilliant. Responded to my enquiry very quickly, picked my laundry up and dropped it off the same day. It was wonderfully washed and folded in sections. Fair prices for their services as well. There was an issue with communication with payment though and it was Easter weekend so there was a further delay in sending an invoice to me. I would have given 5 stars but recently I have messaged them on a number of occasions to arrange a launder but they're not responding which is disappointing as I really needed their services. Even an email back saying "we're too busy sorry" would have sufficed but I don't appreciate when a company ignores their customers.
