        Poor quality windows. The handle mechanism doesnt work anymore and can't open some of the panels. Guarantee passed so stuck with it. 30+ years old window pre-dating the install still work perfectly.

        Had a conservatory roof installed by this company a few years back. It leaked and the company offered to fix some issues that shouldn't have arisen after such a short time. Unfortunately, they don't respond to my correspondence. Very disappointed in their customer service.

        We had a new Conservatory roof installed. No problem with the work at the time but we had to go back to them about a couple of issues. The after sales service has been terrible. Either no reply to communication or promises made but never carried out This company is quick to take your money but not interested in any after sales. Be warned.

        I cant thank the team at Poole Joinery enough for taking care of my elderly parents home whilst they fitted an amazing conservatory to their home. My mother is delighted and loves being in it all the time just as much as she likes being in the garden. You were all really friendly and polite & kept everything tidy and the cream carpet free from damage. Thank you
