From reception to doctors appointments, it's all wonderful. Changed GP a few months ago and have been more than happy with them. We have been treated with care and respect by every single member of staff and can't be thankful enough for the excellent care they provide!

My husband has been registered with this surgery for 20 years and has hardly seen the doctor due to relatively good health. However he has been seriously ill lately over 14 weeks) with breathing and walking difficulties but was told by the receptionist that he must make an appointment and come in to see him. So he managed to struggle in to see the doctor one day only to be told he should be at home resting and was given antibiotis. He finished the 7 days course but was no better so phoned for a repeat prescription which he was given. He has felt better for a week but the symptoms have return even worse. We have asked the receptionist for the doctor to phone us but it has been two days now and no call. Did the receptionists actually pass on this message!!!! One wonders. It looks like I will have to go down and demand a home visit. Poor show doctors and receptionists. The surgery has gotten worse since they only accept emergency calls at 8.30am each morening and then you have to sit in the surgery (sometimes for hours) waiting to see the doctor. Then they shut between 1pm and 3.15pm and again at 5.30pm. No one has offered a home visit. Poor show guys!
