        Hard to get doctor appointments, calling every day try to get one and receptionist dont let me book any appointments they have always reason to less doctors in surgery or they cant book afternoon bcuz Im calling in the morning or they are to busy is ridiculous I cant get any help if I needed not a first time disappointed about this place

        Can not fault some of the doctors here, they are absolutely lovely. but one of the telephone staff has more than often been rude or unprofessional.

        Doctors are good but the lady called Susan on reception is always unhelpful and curt in her tone and attitude. She really should find another job where she doesnt have to deal with the public as her interpersonal skills are unfortunately lacking considerably.
