Absolutely fantastic surgery,every member of the reception staff are always incredibly helpful and a pleasure to speak with (rare for a doctors reception from past experience) my new doctor is Dr Molyneux she is such a fantastic support and sincerely cares,am having a horrid recovery from a serious car accident and having the support of a genuinely great practice is priceless!

Recently i have needed to book a bunch of vaccines for me and my partner so we can travel. The reception staff at Hadley have been so helpful and found us fast appointments! They directed us to the closest travel clinic for vaccines we couldnt get in the surgery. They also made accessing our vaccine recorded really easy so we could consult the travel clinic. Thanks for all your help!

Aside from most of the doctors, who are quite nice, I was told by one of the VERY high ups, possibly the highest up, doctor to "stop calling the surgery" awhile I was undergoing a mental health crisis last year. Nice one. They've also messed up numerous times either sending my medications to the wrong pharmacy miles away which I can't reach or they don't send it through at all, like today.

I feel so fortunate to be a patient at The Hadleigh Practice. Im always hearing friends and family saying how difficult it is to speak to anyone or see anyone at their practice, and how they are often brushed off by staff / doctors. By contrast, at The Hadleigh Practice you can get through to the helpful receptionists, get appointments within a reasonable time frame and the doctors and nurses are all thorough and caring. Ive spent a lot of time there due to having heart problems, open heart surgery and now have regular INR blood tests, and I always receive excellent care from the doctors and nurses. Whilst in the waiting room I overhear the receptionists trying their very best to help everyone who calls in. THANK YOU VERY MUCH TO ALL THE STAFF AT THE HADLEIGH PRACTICE. My whole family appreciate you and your commitment.
