Typical Dr's nowadays long phone waits can't get a face to face unless u fill out a large questionnaire the long term staff and doctors are good but some of the newer ones are disrespectful and patronising and even swear at you

One hour and 20 minutes waiting in a queue on phone you are number 9 in the queue, got to you are number 2 in the queue, then sorry surgery is now closed, tried to book online, online unavailable. I thought 45 minutes was long a time, as I try to phone on my lunch break, very rarely have I got through in that time. So tried when I got home one hour and 20 minutes then the surgery closed. I am very annoyed about this.

I am a twenty year old male with depression who has recently lost his best mate to suicide and these people cant even listen when I ask them to please call me twice as I will miss the call due to my job. Told the woman down the phone to please call twice, and that I am suicidal, and now I am having to wait until Monday (its currently Friday) after calling straight back and finally getting back through for the third time today, taking over 3 hours of my day. I just want help and if there are people like me in my position it could be the difference between saving a life and not. Update: the rest of my experience with them was absolutely perfect so I dont want this to reflect their service entirely. I hope it could have been helpful in some way.
