GPs and Health care professionals- great! But can you get past reception to actually see one? Poor attitude on reception. Best way to get an appointment after not getting anywhere with reception is to phone 111 and they seem to get the appointment needed

After now 2 years of pain I still have no answer as to what the cause is. My experience is that they don't have any kind of drive to find out the cause of the issue, and you have to fight to get any kind of investigation (x-ray, ultrasound ect..) I was just told to take paracetamol. I was also in need of evidence of prior health issues for university, after arranging an e-consult and being told it would happen numerous times this never happened and I missed the hand in date. I've also never seen the same Dr twice making it even harder as I needed to explain everything again every time I went in. I feel as if they just wrote me off immediately and I'm incredibly disappointed in them. If you have any kind of chronic pain or anything you might think is serious I'd suggest finding a different surgery.

Rude and not one bit helpful. Doctors seem to be excellent at cutting you off and not listening to your health issues. Don't bother wasting your time with them.

If I could give a zero I would, awful place. Not only did they mess up my father-in law's death certificate. Everytime I ring I get told they are fully book and to call back later/tomorrow 3 days I have been trying to get an appointment to either see or talk to someone but nothing. After waiting an hour in the qu to be told. Well our phone lines have been open since 8.30am ... Yes I started ringing at 8.30 to get an appointment. Absolutely useless place...

Rude rude rude!!! Their vision and values on their website are not followed. It says they are courteous!!! And respect patients!!! Not my experience at all! Rang up to request a repeat of a one off prescription. I had actually been asked by the doctor last week to come in for an appointment if I needed a repeat, but to save them time, I rang up just to request a repeat, but I was accused by the receptionist of trying to fiddle the system when she told me I would have to wait for the prescription and she had to follow the process. I said I wasnt trying to fiddle the system. I was doing it to save them time by not coming in. She then refused to give me her name and said Id have to make a formal complaint. This is the second time Ive had an issue with this surgery and Ive only been here six months! Absolutely the rudest receptionist and poor service from a surgery I have ever experienced. They say they do not tolerate abuse from patients, so they should live by their own expectations- patients should not tolerate abuse from the Receptionists! Hopefully they will listen back to the call to improve their communication and service but I doubt it. Updateafter I wrote to the Surgery Manager (its the only way you are allowed to contact her) to feedback on the terrible experience I had, she rang me once, left no voicemail, and didnt try again! I had no way to call her. Next thing I get a letter to say that it is being investigated. Looking at all the reviews I doubt this even happens. No wonder the surgery has such a bad reputation with that sort of management.
