Not quite as bad as the reviews are making out. Yes, the appointments have been behind recently, I assume due to staffing levels. However the online service is very useful and their phone lines are generally very good. While there is just one number, you are out through to one of several surgeries for triage. People are generally very impatient these days, suffering from Main Character Syndrom. A little patience and understanding goes a long way.

Awful system in place now since covid. Have to submit a form which did not submit then called and Waited for 20 mins and no phonecall back at all even when I said my 5 year old had suspected scarlet fever and been very poorly. Absolutely disgusting leaving a child without even a phonecall! Something needs to be done!

This surgery has only 1 phone line. There is 0% chance to get through.... They tell you to fill online form, however they will respond within 2 to 5 days. Thats absolutely terrible.

Been waiting for over an hour for my appointment, then finally someone said theres a problem and i will be seen by another doctor. An hour and a half later and still havent been seen. So I just left Becus I couldnt wait anymore. I came to my appointment 20 mins earlier too
